Protect Plus Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refuse the services . If cancellation is done then the refund will be done within 30 working days of cancellation (if any collected).
The active client can cancel the membership only before 2 months of prior notice of billing cycle through registered mail id (monthly subscription).
Refunds- Once the service is taken and due to some reason wants to cancel it, then the client will have to inform through registered mail id within 72 hours after receiving the documents(on mail ID/hard copy) and refunds will be done accordingly. After that no refunds/cancellation will be entertained
Refunds will not be issued for partial months or after the renewal date.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be notified of any changes in pricing or terms. (monthly subscriptions)
Protect Plus Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
The Client will indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from its services
The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in its reports and services
All the disputes will be resolved through Courts in Kolkata alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction as regards any claims or matters arising out of dealings with Protect Plus Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., and all disputes will be governed by the laws of India.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties
